Monkey Music have been offering their weekly music classes since 1993. Children can join age-specific classes anytime between 3 months and 4 years. Monkey music says that by the time your child reaches 4 years old, they will have developed a sound musical knowledge and be ready to learn a musical instrument.

For babies, it is a chance to copy actions from the teacher and their parents, it is a way to socialise and learn as well as having fun.

They have three main programs designed for Babies, Tots, and a mixed class depending on your preference and even better, all classes are pay as you go- you can just turn up, no pre-booking necessary.Their ethos is all focussed on fun and they don’t have teachers, they have entertainers!

MAD Academy are high energy, fun and interactive music and dance classes which are offered across the UK. MAD Academy has been operating since 2004 with the inspiration behind it coming from a desire to offer free-spirited music and dance to suit all children. It follows the EYFS so has a structure but with a little bit of MADness thrown in! Classes are offered from birth up to 4 on a weekly basis.

Music for little people

Andover

Music for Little People is an award-winning music class developed by Karen Dickinson MA (music education). The classes follow an original programme which is aimed at developing learning, musical awareness, communication and having fun with your baby or child. Each class is run by a qualified teacher and are perfect for those aged 0-5 years.

Music with Mummy is made up of three streams Age 0 – 1 Jolly Babies  Age 1 – 3 Music With Mummy  Age 3 – 4 Three Four Time. The aim is to assist children in improving their social, motor and learning skills through repetition and mirroring.

Music Bugs

Music Bugs offers classes full of nursery rhymes, counting songs, finger-play rhymes, knee bouncers and action songs. Each lesson will help to develop your child as they sing and play with props such as hobby horses, puppets, parachutes, teddies, pom-poms, bubbles and plenty of percussion instruments.
